About the work
Ficohsa’s 100% Online Personal Loan was designed as a fully digital journey, allowing customers to apply for a personal loan without visiting a branch. The experience covers the complete process, from loan selection and offer evaluation to personal data, contactability, biometrics, approval, and disbursement.
As a UI Designer, I participated in the end-to-end design of the flow, translating complex financial processes into clear and intuitive interfaces. I worked across the different stages of the journey, establishing visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and consistent UI experiences across mobile and desktop.
I also contributed to the creation and evolution of the Design System for Ficohsa’s digital products, defining reusable components and visual patterns that helped create consistency and scalability across the product ecosystem.
